All of our items are painted or designed by hand, individually, and just for you. We pride ourselves in our work, and put time and effort (and years of experience) into ensuring that your one-of-a-kind design is all that it can be.
Being a custom made product, your design will never be exactly like an example. There will always be differences between what’s displayed on our website, and what you receive in the mail – this may include artist’s style of lettering and accents, artwork colors, size / shape / location of design or accents, inclusion or exclusion of accents and effects, and other changes. We use the design you chose as a reference, and do our best to not just copy it – but improve on it, while customizing it for you.
That’s the beauty of our business – you’re ordering custom commissioned artwork, and allowing an artist to let their creativity flow.
If you’re very particular about a certain element of a design, feel free to let us know in the notes on your order, and we’ll be happy to accommodate. 👍
Our airbrush shirts are cured with an industrial heat press to ensure a long-lasting, fresh looking design. We recommend washing cotton items inside-out, in cold water, and allowing them to hang dry for best results.
CAN I SEE WHAT MY ITEM WILL LOOK LIKE?
All of our designs are painted by hand, directly onto your item. We don’t do a sketch before painting, we just get right to work. There’s no way to show what your item will look like before we actually do the work. Our designs show many examples of our work and should give an idea of what your item will look like. Keep in mind this is custom artwork, and every single item will be different!
CAN I SEND IN MY OWN ITEMS?
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to accept single items for painting. This is due to an increased demand for our services! We can accept or order special shirts for group orders. Items must be at least 60% cotton and white or light colored.
DO YOU DO EVENTS OR PARTIES?
No. But we’re happy to paint items in advance for your event. We have group discounts!
At Agein Cajun t’s we guarantee the quality of both the items and artwork that we provide. If there is a defect in your item, or there is a problem with the artwork you receive, we’ll be more than happy to make it right. That’s just how good business is done. That being said, due to the nature of custom artwork, and the fact that real, live, human artists with their own styles and preferences hand paint each airbrush order, there will be differences between the displayed design, and your items. Our artists are encouraged to make changes as the see fit to improve the quality and appearance of your designs. After all, you are ordering custom artwork!
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Since all merchandise from Agein Cajun T’s is custom-made, we cannot accept returns on any products once they have been shipped. If an error is found on your order after it arrives, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue – This typically means we’ll paint and send you a replacement. To protect our artists, refunds are offered only if your item has not yet been painted, if we specifically committed to and failed to meet a deadline, or after a reasonable number of attempts to resolve any artwork satisfaction issues have failed.
